She is also a Metaphors of Movement Coach and is a specialist in using your language palette to understand and push through your challenges.
With more than three decades of hands-on experience in brand building, strategy planning and entrepreneurship, Sheila Mathilakath shares with her clients that success is not a game of chance or luck of the draw. This experience is combined with various entrepreneurial activities that she has been involved with, ranging from manufacturing to retailing.

She has also been the keynote speaker for women’s wing of organisations like Emerg, Aga Khan Foundation & Herbalife. An acknowledged expert in her field, Sheila Mathilakath is on a passionate mission to help people live with awareness and create with consciousness.
She is a keen traveller on the spiritual path and believes in integrating spirituality in to day-to-day living.
